Family Time

Granpa Svoboda and Vincent
Grandma Svoboda and Vincent
Mommy and Vincent
Vincent being cute for the camera
Crazy cousin Harley...her daddy fed her and styled her hair....isn't it pretty!???!!!!

Active little boy

Vincent had fun playing with everyone over the last couple of days...He played with his cousin Bella...or attacked her...either way he was her little followerer. But then again Vincent can be a little scary as he was coming after me while I had the camera!!! Watch out!!

Joe and Vincent were playing...Vincent enjoyed crawling all over him and then scared both Joe and Mommy when he tried to dart off the couch...Joe luckily caught him by his shorts!!!

No clothes!!

Vincent loves his bath time...and I guess this time Zeke wanted to join in on the fun! Actually he just wanted the yellow ducky and tried more than once to get it, including stick his paw in the water.
Once again Vincent teasing Zeke...too funny!
After bath time...I had a heck of a time trying to get his diaper on...so since it wasn't my house with my carpet...I decided to let him free for awhile. He decided to help Grandma with packing up a few things. (Isn't his butt jus the cutest!!!)
Once again Zeke had to check things out and see what was going on...no ducky this time. After several minutes of naked time...the time came...Vincent pee'd on the carpet...and I honestly think he knew what he was doing..he looked at me and smiled...then it started flowing out. We told the owners the dog was trained...and wouldn't be a problem...guess we never mentioned Vincent!

Mahoney State Park

So I am a little behind on my blogs...so I am hoping to catch up now. The Marcello's went camping this weekend!! Well kind of...we stayed in a cabin at Mahoney State Park with Grandma and Grandpa Svoboda, Unkie Jacob and Carrie and of course Zeke...the dog!!! We had a great time. Vincent now loves to eat his food and impress everyone around him with his corney smiles! Of course we all just crack up laughing.
While we were there we had unusual sleeping arrangements. We wanted Vincent to be away from us when we put him down for the night, that way we could talk and play cards...well after many different ideas...it ended in Grandma and Grandpa having the master room and Vincent in the other room with the bunk beds, while the rest of of us had the mattresses from the beds in the living room...such a fun time. Well because of the sleeping arrangements the table and chair were pushed over...Vincent thought this made a great jungle gym!! Although he did get stuck a few times.

In the evening we decided to go minature golfing ...and yes I beat Chris!! Chris and I both shot a hole in one. Vincent tried to hit the ball, but instead found in more fun to just chase the balls as we hit them and then attempt to eat them....carrying around the club was fun too!!!

It wasn't me!!

Since Vincent has been on the move all the time now...I come up with the phrase I think he is thinking...It wasn't me! He loves to walk around the house and check out every little thing...including the unlocked kitchen drawers. We haven't bought those locks yet. He found my flour sifter...which funny thing...the price tag is still on it! He kept thinking it was a cup, and tried to drink out of it. He got upset after awhile when nothing was coming out.
He then decided to join the dogs on the porch. He almost made it out!
Shannon took Vincent and Harley on a ride tonight. They went so fast...Auntie Shannon got her exercise. The kids love to be placed in boxes of any sort and pushed around quickly. Thank god for Shannon...I'm just lazy!!!

Annaprasm!

Vincent and I had a very busy day today...of course we were busy shopping the morning away and then that evening we had a PARTY to attend. Our friend Leela was celebrating Annaprasm, which is a Hindu ritual that celebrates an infant's first feeding of solid food. It was lots of fun. Vincent was able to see Leela and Bella! Plus we got to dress up! Jaime and Leela all dressed up for the occasion.

Leela choosing her passage...something to do with what kind of future she will have. I was kind of out of the room with Vincent at this time. I know she chose money and earth....so who knows!
Miss Bella is learning how to walk too...look how big she is!

Playin with Chloe!

Vincent and Chloe were playing this morning...it was so cute. Vincent would scream or talk...and Chloe would take off running around the house. This went on for a good 5 minutes. I was able to video a little bit of it. As you can tell they get along really well...which is good.

More monkey!

Vincent and Harley were actually playing together...this has to be the first! Vincent is always stealing her toys...or just running her over...literally! Vincent really enjoying himself...
Another short video of Vincent and monkey crawling...where he learned this I have no idea!

Monkey crawling??

Vincent and I were playing around today, taking some picures and video for Daddy. Chris is in Louisana helping with hurricane stuff. So we try and send him updates when we get a chance. Vincent has really started to walk more and more since Chris left. He now does this monkey type crawl and then stands up and walk awhile. He is getting more steady on his feet every day. I put some shoes on him today...all that balance was gone. He was not sure how to walk in those things. We miss Daddy and hope he comes home soon. Love you Chris!

Helping with chores!

Vincent decided to help Aunt Shannon do some house chores. He has never been afraid of the vacuum...which I guess is good. He watched her for awhile and then let the vacuum get close enough that he just grabbed it. From there it was history. He decided to check it out...after awhile I guess it was time for a ride. Wee WEE Wee!! I'm sure the extra weight on the vacuum helped pick up all the ucky little things on the floor. Thanks Vincent!! Vincent and Chloe then watched Aunt Shannon finish the vacuuming on her own.

Park fun

Vincent and Kenadee sharing the deluxe swing! Kenadee was a little moody!! But Vincent tried to have a good time. Mommy and Vincent swinging. Vincent sat great for a little bit and then he was back to being active Vinny.
Vincent loved going down the slide....with mommy and then by himself...well kind of. He enjoyed trying to crawl up the slide as well.
I let Vincent down to crawl in the grass...and of course he went right towards the gravel. To my surprise he only tried to put the gravel in his mouth twice...he just loved crawling around in it....who know!!
Vincent down on one knee just for Kenadee!!

Upper GI

Vincent had a rough morning. He was scheduled for an Upper GI, because he still continues to have lots of wet wet burps...or lots of little cases of vomitting. He had to be NPO for 5 hours prior...which basically meant since last night, since he doesn't eat during the night anymore. I put him to be late last night with one more feeding trying to help the little guy out. We went and checked in what was suppose to be 30 minutes early. We arrived and gave Vincent's name...and they had no clue what was going on. Of course when Vincent's nurse at the doctor's office called and informed us of this appointment. I just made sure it was the Medical Center where we had insurance...I wasn't concerned with the doctor...which I have now learned...I need to write all details down. The lady at the check in desk made many many phone calls to different areas in the hospital, different doctors and then finally different hospitals to see if the appointment happened to be there. After a long long time...Outpatient radiology called them to ask if we had checked in since we were now an hour and half late for our appointment...So yes we did get it done. Vincent finally got to eat some yummy contrast at ten till 11 am. So nearly 13 hours NPO. The radiologist informed us that everything appears normal in her department...so no surgery needed to fix his puking. She did say that he empties a little slow...but that shouldn't cause all his puking. So we will wait until Dr. Paradis calls to ask more questions. He was tuckered out after this, but just for a short time.

Playing with food!

Vincent has learned that he can feed himself...well kind of. He likes to take the spoon...while Mommy is still holding on to it...and lead it to his mouth. I guess I must have played airplane or games alot...since he likes to make circles with the spoon to his mouth. It's just so dang cute.

Cousin Harley got a baby doll from her grandma...well Vincent likes to show it who's boss. He drags it around and slams it against the wall. And now he has started to bite it. I guess that is alot better than him biting me.

Daddy went to South to help with the hurricane relief...we are not sure how long he will be gone. All we had was 24 hour notice prior to him leaving. Mommy and Vincent are sad. We hope that he is not down there for very long. We miss him already!!!
