Pedi-pulm

Vincent had an appointment with the pediatric pulmonologist today because of all of his problems he has had this last year...very informative appointment but scary as well. The doctor wanted to test him for cystic fibrosis, since he has had so many lung issues...I think it is more to rule it out since it was negative on his newborn screen...but just in case, say some prayers for him tonight. We find the results out tomorrow. So here are some of the pics from the 2 hour appointment.

Vincent enjoying Harley's cupcake..which he had claimed soon after arriving at the party. He went up to the table and placed his hand right on top and got a handful of frosting...I think he likes it. Later he tried to help Harley eat her birthday cake..pictures didn't turn out though. He is such a big help he also helped her play with her toys while we were there...so nice!

Woollen Quads!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the QUADS!

A year ago the world was blessed with the earliest smallest living set of quads...and I was lucky enough to have taken care of them. They were a modern day medical miracle...that are all doing great. I am blessed to have taken care of them and keep in touch with their family. They came to the NICU for a reunion and briefing on the news. It was so wonderful to see them again. How time flies by!

CAV BALL...Chris and all of his army buddies...I know he will love how I explain this! They had their CAV ball on Valentine's Day...it was a very nice dinner...and had great drinks...I think...well Chris thought so...he very much enjoyed himself that night. Here is some of the pics...

Playing around

Vincent's new thing is he loves to try and help around the house. He loves to vaccum, constantly wants the vaccum out...but gets mad because its too heavy for just him, but yet he doesn't want us to hold onto it. He loves the duster...just his size. Gets mad when you give it to him and don't turn it on. And lastly after cleaning him up after meals..he likes to clean his tray! Well kinda..

Vincent thought he should help him unpack all the items. He got really excited when Daddy handed him the small nail gun (just his size..and NO it did not have nails in it...what kind of parents do you think we are??) HA HA!
