KIDS EXPLORE

The other weekend my mom came and visited while Chris was at guards..we had a great time. We took Vincent to Kids Explore..which I think would be great if were a little bit older. He had not had a nap and so was a little cranky in the beginning but by the end of the day he was having fun playing with everything.Vincent crawling in the tunnel

Daycare

Vincent started daycare this week...not that he hadn't been going..well kinda. When he was just a small tiny little cute baby he went to a in-home daycare...that was ended, when Aunt Shannon offered to watch Vincent at our house. So thats what has been going on for several months until this week. Shannon and her family moved out of our house a couple of weeks ago. We had been looking around, so when this happened we would be prepared...we were not. I looked at several places, none were to my satisfaction. I did find one daycare I really like...EXPENSIVE!!! and they only offered full time rates...I was trying to find a place with part-time rates. We found a place close to home that offered part time. He started Monday it went...okay...they said he played a little but seem intimidated by the other kids. We had started him the toddler room...18+ and he is almost 17 months. He is in between rooms. The younger room..he would rule, but almost needs their nap time...in the toddler room they nap once...and it starts about an hour after he normally lays down at home...plus he has been getting up earlier than usual since we have to take him there. I dont' think he really sleeps or eats well while there...but we have to transition to somewhere. Until later....

Vincent's BIG news!!

Vincent wanted to be the first to share his big news....
Vincent's going to be a BIG BROTHER!!!
Vincent playing on his lion...while I am trying to capture him "happy" in his big brother tshirt.

Finally...a picture...but he is laying down.

This one is just too cute...he loves to push the truck around..and play on it...and have me push him around in it...what a work out!

A little video of Vincent riding his lion...

or should I say...he is taking the lion for a ride.
We are officially 13 weeks pregnant. We found out a long time ago...long time ago...and have been keeping it a secret until now. Not really sure why...and yes we may be a little crazy...actually now that I have had time to think about what is going to happen in a few months, I am pretty sure I have lost it. As for the beginning of the pregnancy I have been more nauseated with this one than the last..but have also been fighting a nasty cold for a month now. Anyone at work has to have caught on by now...no medications for a month long cold. Plus I don't lie very well. We are excited though and nervous. We will keep you all posted through out.

The test is NEGATIVE!!

Great news....wonderful news...the CF testing on Vincent came back negative. They almost gave me a heart attack when I called though. They said the results were back but the nurse will have to give you a call....heart sank. But it turned out they just had to have to doctor give the final okay to the test results. So considering what it could have been...we are doing great. The doctor completely changed Vincent's medication regimen. We are now back on the prevacid, changed to advair MDI instead of the pulmicort, and now have albuterol and atrovent as rescue inhalers. Not to mention the singulair that we were on previously....I fill like a pharmacy. I just want him to stay healthy for more that 2 weeks. We visit the pulmonary team in 2 months for check up...keep you posted.
