Bounce house
Present time!
Vincent loves to open his presents...he just gets a litte impatient at times...
Checkin out the milk jug bowling that Unkie Jacob and Aunt Carrie gave him...already loves carrying the bowling cow ball around...and yes I already hate the dang sound that comes out of it...thank goodness for the off button...thanks Jacob!!

Tools...just like Daddy...now he can really do some damage!

First birthday cake!
Vincent and his birthday cake...especially made by mom and dad. We had to make our own cake due to Vincent's allergies to milk and soy...all that hard work and he didn't even like it. He got frosting on his hand, tried to flick it off and then pushed the cake out of his way.
Pushing the cake away, after touching it a little.

Surgery
Vincent before his surgery that morning...playful as can be! We had to get him up at 5:15am...so we thought he would sleep a little bit longer...no luck. He was awake the whole ride to the hospital, he fell asleep in my arms 10 minutes before they took him back to surgery.
Vincent and mommy getting some cuddlin time in before surgery...so innocent!
Precious little boy!

After surgery in the recovery room. It went pretty well. He cried a little bit after surgery and than slept, and then cried. I think he was unsure of the anesthesia feeling. Within a short time he was himself.

On Monday...Vincent finally had his surgery for tube placement. After many medications and many doctor visits we were finally healthy enough to have the surgery. Dr. Richardson performend the surgery. We had planned to place tubes in his ears and take a look at his adnoids since he has been sick for several months. Well Dr. Richardson said they were 50-60% occluded and full of bacteria so she had to intubate him for approx 10-15 minutes and remove them. He did well with the surgery...and was bouncing of the walls by the late afternoon. Hopefully after all this, things will go better.

Beautiful Fall Day
So we decided to enjoy one last beatiful fall day...before the harsh winter comes. This weekend it was gorgeous out, we went to Standing Bear Lake and let Chloe run around..picking up alot of scents. She was going crazy, and let Vincent walk around the lake with us. I think he enjoyed it for the most part.
Whats going on over there...maybe we should go there.
