Baby and Mommy update

Thought I should probably let everyone know who follows this blog....since it had been such a long time since I wrote anything that Miss Marcello is growing big and strong. She loves to kick and kick and move positions alot...Vinny did not move this much and is really active...so maybe she will be the opposite. Wishful thinking I am thinking...but still hopefull. She has been causing a little problems for mommy. At approx 18 weeks I must have hurt my back that just kept getting worse, even after massages that I did for approx a month. I started physical therapy a little over 3 weeks ago and it has made a huge difference. My pelvis and hips were completely out of line and now I go for weekly alignments and am doing much better. The pain is still there but bearable. Then just a couple of weeks ago...my heart started feeling like it was racing and pounding even when I was sitting there doing nothing. My heart rate was elevated. They did an EKG and Echo that were normal other than a resting heartrate of 90-105. So now they wanted a holter monitor done...which I am currently doing. I am confident that it will be normal...just pregnancy taking a rough beating on me...but there it is for you all.

Vincent has now decided he no longer wants us to dress him...so it takes even longer in the morning and at night to dress him.

Happy so I let him run around for awhile like this.

He was so happy when I let him dress himself...the first time he got his pants on the correct way but later in the day...not so much they were on backwards...but oh so cute, so I left them. He hasn't quit figured out how to put his hands through the sleeves on his own yet...so that as far as the shirt goes. Later that night when he got ready for bed he had his pj bottoms on and not only 1 but 2 shirts pulled up..so that the neck was on his waist with one leg through the sleeve...not shirt required I guess. He is growing up so fast...

Overall it was a great trip...and much needed...thanks to all my friends with me I was able to enjoy myself! And a wonderful husband who took care of Vincent and cleaned alot...while I was gone..love you all!

Vincent's 1st Professional Haircut

Vincent went and got his first BIG BOY professional haircut for Unkie Jacob and Aunt Carrie's wedding. He actually impressed both Chris and I and was a perfect little angel for the haircut...don't ask me why? They placed him in this fun little car that made sounds and let him watch a DVD...CARS is what he chose...with a little help from us. He loved the movie...so yes we are purchasing the movie now. We went to Fontanelle Forest (I think) in Lincoln on our way back home. That was not the original plan, but things changed with my Dads' health...he was having some leg pain and we took a detour to the doctor to check things out. He is doing much better now.
