Mia....not a fan of Sgt. Santa..even though he must be whispering some kind words into her ear..she's not screaming...
and of course...some crazy ARMY guys always have to sit on Santa's lap too....

Not many families were able to come this year...we made it to Hastings the day before the big snow storm hit..and were barely able to make it out the the armory. Chris came to my parents house and drove us out in our truck..thank goodness...if I were driving it...we would have been in a ditch...or back at the house. With Chris driving we DID make it there, even though we slid through the highway stop sign intersection nearly missing a car accident with a few cars....lots of ice and snow...then the roads out by the armory...were just drifts of snow...I would have never made it....God was with us when were dumb enough to drive in it!
